Refunds & cancellation

The production checkout remains disabled while owner-only canary validation is completed. No public production purchase can currently be made.

When subscriptions open

You will be able to request cancellation through support. Cancellation stops future renewal; access already provided for the current cycle may continue until the cycle ends. Refund requests will be reviewed based on payment status, duplicate charges, service delivery, applicable law, and Razorpay evidence. A checkout screen or browser callback alone is never treated as proof of payment.
